Happy New Year

Happy New Year everyone! I had an amazing 2010 and I'm looking forward to 2011. As I was putting together goals for 2011 I had "blogging plan" on my list. However, even though I had a week off I couldn't motivate myself to sit down and blog. I've realized that blogging has gone from something I love to do to a burden. My financials are in good shape. Even though my husband and I have separate finances, we have a shared budget so he keeps me accountable. And so, I've decided to take a break from blogging.

Don't blog then. Enjoy your time off and come back whenever you feel like it :)

Don't be a stranger though. We'll miss you.

We support your decision. But I'm sure we wouldn't mind if you popped in to update us on your life, even if it has nothing to do with personal finance!
Sometimes the most important part about these sorts of blogs is that it helps you get on the right track. It seems to have served that purpose.
It's been great following you!

Ignore those other comments about why it is just hunky dory if you don't blog.

C'MON! We, your faithful readers, deserve better! At the very least, we deserve occasional updates!

My rule for my blogroll is that there has to have been a post within the last six months. Please don't make me remove you.

If it isn't something you love doing, then don't do it. I spent nearly 6 months away from blogging and honestly, couldn't keep away from it. With everything in life, if it becomes a burden, and you aren't enjoying it, then it is time to switch it out.

Wish you the best with everything!

Hah @Grace. To be honest, I'd be quite sad if you just disappeared. Hoping it soon stops feeling like a burden and you want to come and chat with us again.

If it has become a burden then you have to stop but could you update us once in a while. You might want to go back to full time blogging later. I believe that once a blogger, will always be a blogger. Best wishes for you.
